Keep same version/uuid when changing object metadata

Description
The version of an object should only change when the data(blocks) of an
object are updated. Updating the metadata of an object should not trigger
an update of the object's version. Since the version does not change,
neither the UUID of the object change.

Note: Currently changing the data or the metadata of an object will create
a new version but will retain the same uuid.
