block: add native support for NFS
This patch adds native support for accessing images on NFSshares without the requirement to actually mount the entireNFS share on the host.
NFS Images can simply be specified by an url of the form:nfs://<host>/<export>/<filename>[?param=value[¶m2=value2[&...]]]...

vfio: Enable vfio-pci and mark supported

prep: Use pc87312 device instead of collection of random ISA devices
We can't however replace the built-in IDE controller, as the one inpc87312 is only single-channel and can use only IRQ 14. Therefore thepc87312's IDE function gets disabled via the config property....
