pflash: Restore & fix lazy ROMD switching
Commit 5145b3d1cc revealed a bug in the lazy ROMD switch-back logic, butresolved it by breaking that feature. This approach addresses the issueby switching back to ROMD after a certain amount of read accesseswithout further unlock sequences....
hw/pflash_cfi02: Fix lazy reset of ROMD mode
When checking pfl->rom_mode for when to lazily reenter ROMD mode,the value was check was the opposite of what it should have been.This prevent the part from returning to ROMD mode after a writewas made to the CFI rom region....
change all other clock references to use nanosecond resolution accessors

Add endianness as io mem parameter
As stated before, devices can be little, big or native endian. Thetarget endianness is not of their concern, so we need to push thingsdown a level.
This patch adds a parameter to cpu_register_io_memory that allows adevice to choose its endianness. For now, all devices simply choose...

Revert "Get rid of _t suffix"
In the very least, a change like this requires discussion on the list.
The naming convention is goofy and it causes a massive merge problem. Somethinglike this must be presented on the list first so people can provide input...

Check block driver read error in pflash_cfi0x
If a flash file of size smaller than the flash size is specified inthe -pflash option, the block driver returns error. But thepflash_cfi0x ignores the error. This results in a flash content of allzeroes. And the simulation aborts while executing code....
Make CPURead/WriteFunc structure 'const'
Update to a hopefully more future proof FSF address
Remove io_index argument from cpu_register_io_memory()
The parameter is always zero except when registering the three internalio regions (ROM, unassigned, notdirty). Remove the parameter to reducethe API's power, thus facilitating future change.

Clean up MMIO TLB handling.The IO index is now stored in its own field, instead of being wedgedinto the vaddr field. This eliminates the ROMD and watchpoint hostpointer weirdness. The IO index space is expanded by 1 bit, andseveral additional bits are made available in the TLB vaddr field....
