qdev: register all types natively through QEMU Object Model
This was done in a mostly automated fashion. I did it in three steps and thenrebased it into a single step which avoids repeatedly touching every file inthe tree.
The first step was a sed-based addition of the parent type to the subclass...
qdev: kill off DeviceInfo
It is no longer used in the tree since everything is done natively throughQEMU Object Model.

usb: separate out legacy usb registration from type registration
Type registeration is going to get turned into a QOM call so decouple thelegacy support.
usb: convert to QEMU Object Model
ccid: convert to QEMU Object Model
qdev: move qdev->info to class
Right now, DeviceInfo acts as the class for qdev. In order to switch to aproper ObjectClass derivative, we need to ween all of the callers off ofinteracting directly with the info pointer.
usb: track altsetting in USBDevice
Also handle {GET,SET}_INTERFACE in common code (usb-desc.c).

usb-ccid: switch to USBDesc*
Switch the smard card emulation to use the USBDesc*structs for the usb descriptors.
usb-ccid: remote wakeup support
Use new macro QEMU_PACKED for packed structures
Most changes were made using these commands:
git grep -la '__attribute__((packed))'|xargs perl -pi -e 's/__attribute__\(\(packed\)\)/QEMU_PACKED/'git grep -la '__attribute__ ((packed))'|xargs perl -pi -e 's/__attribute__ \(\(packed\)\)/QEMU_PACKED/'...
usb: use iovecs in USBPacket
Zap data pointer from USBPacket, add a QEMUIOVector instead.Add a bunch of helper functions to manage USBPacket data.Switch over users to the new interface.
Note that USBPacket->len was used for two purposes: First topass in the buffer size and second to return the number of...
usb-ccid: Drop unused CCIDCardInfo callback print()

Merge remote-tracking branch 'kraxel/usb.17' into staging
Strip trailing '\n' from error_report()'s first argument
error_report() prepends location, and appends a newline. The messageconstructed from the arguments should not contain a newline. Fix theobvious offenders.

usb: Add a speedmask to devices
This is used to indicate at which speed[s] the device can operate,so that this can be checked to match the ports capabilities when it getsattached to a bus.
Note that currently all usb1 emulated device claim to be fullspeed, this...
usb-ccid: Plug memory leak on qdev exit()
ccid_initfn() allocates CCIDBus dynamically, but there is no exitcallback to free it.
Fix by getting rid of the allocation.

usb: Pass the packet to the device's handle_control callback
This allows using the generic usb_generic_handle_packet function fromdevice code which does ASYNC control requests (such as the linux hostpass through code).

usb-ccid: Spelling fixes
While looking at David Gibson's build-fix for hw/usb-ccid.c, I noticed a spelloin a comment on the following (unchanged) line.

Fix non-portable format string in usb-ccid.c
At one point, usb-ccid.c attempts to use a %lX format specifier to printa uint64_t, which is only correct on some host platforms. This patchcorrects the statement to use the stdint specified PRIX64 constant instead....
usb-ccid: add CCID bus
A CCID device is a smart card reader. It is a USB device, defined at [1].This patch introduces the usb-ccid device that is a ccid bus. Next patches willintroduce two card types to use it, a passthru card and an emulated card.
