Make minor fixes to settings for consistency.
Rename BYPASS_AUTHENTICATION_TOKEN to BYPASS_AUTHENTICATION_SECRET_TOKEN
to prevent Django from including it in backtraces.

Removed hardcoded authtoken from several places

- added settings parameter to allow developers change the test token
that gets checked when BYPASS_AUTHENTICATION is set to True
