Add os per node

This is needed for heterogeneous setups.
Depending on os the corresponding sources file is added
and the proper synnefo packages are installed (~wheezy or ~squeeze)

deploy: Refactor nfs

Switch to nfs v3.
Explicitly use IP in /etc/exports and not subnet.

Subnet and gateway are only used by vlcuster and thus
move them from nodes.conf to vcluster.conf.
