A new Command(GetUserFullName) was implemented in order to fetch user's full name out of the user name.
- Add an administration application.- Remove the redundant RequestBuilder wrapper for efficiency.- Fix warnings.- Ignore the admin app build artifacts.- Guard against users without userclasses in the DB.- Add a dev mode launcher for debugging the admin app.

Fix bug: When renaming file, selected file was not updated, leading to a 404 error if user tried to view properties of renamed file. (Bug #752)
- Display the modification date instead of the creation date, since the former is more useful.- Fix sorting on the owner column.- Make sorting comparisons more efficient by removing unnecessary object creation.
