astakos: Update default astakos .conf file

removed ``ASTAKOS_ACTIVATION_REDIRECT_URL`` and ``ASTAKOS_LOGIN_SUCCESS_URL``
settings since they are dynamically set based on the ``ASTAKOS_BASE_URL``
setting.
