Description
As a single web page autonomous app, ui misses the following 2 features
- allowing user to bookmark specific views of the application (e.g. the single view of a specific vm)
- allowing user to use browser history and navigate between previously visible views
Fixing those 2 issues would improve ui user experience.

- Migrated some of the UI links to pass view changes to the router
