0.12 solution: method get_service_endpoints stays in AstakosClient
This is achieved by wrapping the original astakosclient.AstakosClient class.

Not sure if the method should be supported in the long run, though. Two cases:

a. get_service_endpoints becomes deprecated in 0.14, with a warning in 0.13.
pros: no wrapper class
cons: all users must update their scripts, getting endpoints becomes more complicated

or

b. keep get_service_endpoints
pros: nothing changes in how the lib is used
cons: must maintain a wrapper class in kamaki
