UI can't handle well too long machine names

Description
If we have a machine name that is too long, two problems arise:
1. In icon view, the name gets wrapped in two lines and overlaps the IP fields
2. In networks tab, if the machine with the long name needs to be rebooted, then at the notification bar the long name gets inside the "reboot" button
In each of the above situations the name should be cropped and concatenated with 3 dots "..."
e.g. this_is_a_very_very_long_machine_name --> this_is_a_very_ve...
