Description

The confirmation bar needs to be visible even when the window is scrollable. It should have a fixed position at the bottom of the window.

there where already triggers to fix the confirmations box position on window resize, a fix to reposition box on content resize added on 34bde82.

Remains to see if its possible to reposition confirmations while user is scrolling the window.

due to #975 its non trivial to fix the position of confirmation boxes on IE,
requires refactoring of html content to make confirmation box absolutely placed on the body content.

Will be fixed on a separate commit or along with #975 fix.
