Description

Manage all resources as part of Astakos.
This includes [please comment]:
  • Implement a Resource model
    • include all resource-related information: type, name, units, presentation data
  • Implement the /astakos/resources and /astakos/quotas endpoints (#3341,#3342)
  • Support importing and managing Resource instances from the command line (#3343)
